Your order will be confirmed with an automated order confirmation email. Please retain this email and your order number for any communication regarding your order.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation via the most efficient delivery service available to us at the time of dispatch. We use and trust Australia Post and Toll Ipec for all our deliveries Australia-wide.

Tracking Your Order

You will automatically receive you tracking information sent to the email address associated with your order. This will include details of the courier service, tracking link, consignment/tracking number and all contact information should you have any trouble tracking your order.

You can also track your order anytime through this site, using the Track My Order link.

If you did not receive this email or have any questions regarding tracking your order, please do not hesitate to contact us, so that we can assist you promptly.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders within Australia will be shipped directly from our Dispatch Centre, located in Byron Bay, Northern NSW. Please see below approximate delivery timeframes from state to state:

NSW: 1-4 days

QLD: 1-5 days

VIC: 2-4 days

SA: 4-7 days

WA, TAS & NT: 5-10 days

Returns

We are so confident you will love your new Sirena System, we offer a 14 day free returns policy! This means that if you are not happy with your Sirena, within 14 days you can organise a return with us and we will even pay the return postage! This is a testament to our belief in this product, and gives you the peace of mind of a 14 day no commitment trial.

Outside of this 14 day free trial, you can still return the item to us for a refund or exchange; however postage costs will lie with the buyer.

How do I return my item?

If you would like to organise a return with us, please contact us so that we can issue you with a Return Authorization Number and Form. Without this number and form, our warehouse will not be able to accept the return, so it is essential for you to contact us prior to returning the item. It is a good idea to have your order number or invoice number ready for when you speak with one of our helpful Customer Service representatives.

We will happily issue a full refund (minus any shipping costs) or exchange when the item is received back to us in original/unused condition with all original packaging. A refund is generally processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the product back to us.
